Waterstone Law Welcomes Jessica Babineau

The lawyers at Waterstone are pleased to welcome our newest Associate, Jessica Babineau. Jessica’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and trusts. She will be primarily based in our Langley location, but can also assist clients in both our Abbotsford and Chilliwack offices.

Jessica has experience with the many complications that can arise in estate planning, including family law considerations, blended families, beneficiaries with disabilities, business and farm owner succession, and probate reduction.

In her estate and trust administration practice, Jessica advises personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries on applications for representative grants, the administration of complex asset structures, and passings of accounts.

Prior to joining Waterstone, Jessica acted as an estate planning consultant in the Fraser Valley for Canada’s leading wealth management firm. Preceding that role, she practiced estates and trusts law in the Vancouver office of one of the world’s largest law firms.
