It is with profound sadness that we recognize the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Michelle Sagert.
Vivacious and tenacious well describe Michelle. She truly was a force of nature, whether it be fighting for the rights of her clients or bringing joy to her family, friends and colleagues. Michelle only came to our firm six months ago, but never in our experience has someone made such an impression in such a short time.
With Beth and Fiona at her side, Michelle anchored a formidable legal team. Despite her incredibly busy schedule and the stresses of her practice, Michelle never failed to lighten up our firm with her laughter and her smile, which exuberance only intensified when someone brought either a dog or a baby by her office!
Generous and giving to the end, as even in passing Michelle donated her gift of life to others so they could enjoy what she lost. She was such a wonderful person... we wish you all could have known her.
