Edward K. Kaye
Ed is a retired partner who practiced at our Chilliwack office. He had a broad practice with a particular focus in the area of Wills, Estates, Trusts, and Estate Disputes.
While Ed is no longer licensed to practice or offer legal advice, he remains a connected member of the firm.
Outside of the office Ed is very active in community affairs, having been a Director and President of the Chilliwack-Fraser Rotary Club, a Director and President of the Chilliwack Family YMCA as well as the YMCA Endowment Foundation and a Director of the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce. Ed has also been a Director and President of the Chilliwack Hospice Society.
Ed was born in Pennsylvania, and after being raised for a number of years in the United States, moved with his family to British Columbia in 1974. Ed received his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of British Columbia before moving east to obtain his law degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax. On his return to British Columbia in 1989, Ed articled and practiced with a Chilliwack law firm before joining Waterstone in 1997.
Ed has a busy family life, and fills any spare time he can find participating in basketball, golf, and traveling.
