Cole is an associate lawyer in our Chilliwack office. His practice focuses on business law, real estate transactions, and wills and estates, with an emphasis on providing clear, practical advice to individuals and closely held businesses.
Cole completed his legal education at the University of Victoria and returned to the Fraser Valley, where he was born and raised, to begin his practice. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of the Fraser Valley, a background that informs his approach to legal problem solving and client communication.
Cole works with clients on a wide range of transactional and planning matters, including business formation and governance, commercial and residential real estate transactions and development projects, and estate planning. He approaches these matters with a focus on helping clients understand not only what the law requires, but why certain options may be more suitable than others in light of their broader goals.
Cole places a strong emphasis on accessibility and clarity. He strives to communicate legal issues in straightforward terms, to identify practical risks early, and to provide advice uniquely suited for the needs of each client.
