Peter has extensive experience in advising clients on estate administration, estate planning, and corporate/commercial law. He guides administrators and executors through every step of the administration process and works closely with individuals to ensure their estate plans are tailored to meet their needs. His estate planning services include drafting wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and trusts. In his corporate and commercial law practice, Peter assists businesses with incorporations, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. His practical knowledge and attention to detail help clients navigate complex legal matters with confidence.
Peter grew up in Chilliwack before attending the University of British Columbia for both his undergraduate and law school studies. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007 and a Juris Doctor degree from UBC Law School in 2011. After graduating law school, he articled with a small firm in Chilliwack and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2012. He continued to work with that firm until it merged with Waterstone Law Group LLP at the beginning of 2026.
Peter lives in Chilliwack with his wife and two young children. Outside of work he spends most of his time trying to juggle the increasingly busy schedules of his kids but in the rare moments between being a taxi driver for his children and work, Peter spends his time golfing, running, or snowboarding.
