Andrew Briscoe is Associate Counsel in our Chilliwack office. Andrew joined Waterstone Law Group LLP in January 2026. However, Andrew has been a lawyer in the Chilliwack area since 1998. Andrew’s focus is family law, but his practice also includes other civil litigation. Andrew has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia including the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal. Although Andrew is a very experienced litigator, he is also well able to assist clients in resolving their legal issues through negotiation and mediation. He brings a practical approach to resolving what can be complex and challenging cases.
Andrew was raised in the Fraser Valley. He graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1994 and graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1997. He was called to the Bar of the Province of British Columbia in 1998. He is a past executive member of the Downtown Chilliwack Business Improvement Association and the Chilliwack Restorative Justice Society. He was the president of the Hope and District Minor Hockey Association and is currently a director of the Harrison Agassiz Chamber of Commerce.
Andrew enjoys golfing, skiing, boating and various other outdoor activities.
