Savina Sohi Successfully Represents Property Owner at the Supreme Court of BC

Congrats to Waterstone’s Savina Sohi for her recent court victory in a complex real estate dispute (Townsend v. Donohue, 2023 BCSC 684).  Savina obtained a declaration that a property registered in joint names was held in trust solely for the benefit of our client pursuant to an express trust.  Our client was also awarded costs.
