West Clayton Proposed Neighborhood Concept Plan

MAY 2012 UPDATE:  Stage 1 of the Neighborhood Concept Plan Process has commenced.  The members of the Citizen’s Advisory Committee have been meeting with City Staff developing some draft land use plans.  There is a public meeting scheduled for June 2012 to allow the public to review and comment on the draft land use plans.

In 2011 The City of Surrey announced that it would be creating a new Neighborhood Concept Plan for the West Clayton area.

As a consequence of this announcement, owners in the affected area are likely to be contacted by Realtors, Developers and others regarding their property and whether they are interested in selling and/or developing their property.  They may be presented with proposals, contracts, joint venture agreements, development agreements and other documents, all of which, upon signing, create legally enforceable obligations and potentially costly consequences.
