Magda A. Grala

Magda is an associate in our Langley business law  and banking law groups.

As a member of our business law group, Magda advises and assists businesses in all stages of their life cycle, from initial formation to the preparation of shareholder, partnership and commercial agreements, to future reorganizations, asset and share purchases and dissolutions.

As a member of our banking law group, Magda acts for both lenders and borrowers in advising on a wide range of lending transactions, from traditional mortgages to alternative and innovative financing structures.

Magda is originally from Poland, and spent time in Denmark and Manitoba before her family settled down in Port Coquitlam. She worked as a legal assistant while obtaining her Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 2006. After a brief time in commercial banking, Magda went on to attend law school at the University of Victoria, which she completed in May 2010. Magda joined Waterstone Law Group as a student in September 2010 and as an associate after being called to the bar in 2011.

Outside of the office, Magda can be found participating in any number of athletic endeavors, including volleyball, running, or her new passion, surfing.
